– Over 60 Turkish air-strikes target over 30 locations, hitting electricity, water, oil, gas and other basic humanitarian infrastructure
– Turkey strikes NES’ only gas bottling plant just as need for gas spikes with the advent of the winter cold
– An estimated 2 million people are without mains electricity, with hospitals, pharmacies, bakeries, water stations struggling to function
